Custom Jackaluna Contest WINNER(S)!

First off, thank you to all who participated in the first contest of the 2017 Summer Festival of the Phoenix, which emphasized on the visiting (and newest!) Jackaluna species!

I've spent the last hour and a half meticulously going through each and every entry.. this one was TOUGH; there were SO many great entries!

However, I am pleased to announce that I have decided to name Chordata-Flyer as the winner! Their entry was "rain, foliage, natural." I kept coming back to this theme, and eventually it came down to this theme and another theme! I decided on this theme because I felt as if some of these concepts are subtle and understated (for example, flowers are more prominent in designs than simple foliage), and storms often take the spotlight over rain in designs! These concepts were unique in a simple way, yet broad enough that I feel confident enough in being able to tie them all together in a concise, unified design.  

I will be making a custom jackaluna for them based on their entry! This Jackaluna is #6 in existence. They should expect it to be completed within the next week. Yay!

However, there were so, so many great entries, and I really felt like so many people really put a lot of time and effort into their word choices! So I have decided to award all other entries (anyone who posted on the contest journal before the closing date) with an official MYO Jackaluna slot! Congratulations to the winner and to you guys! You guys above are the FIRST folks to be given MYO Jackaluna slots! The number above corresponds with the Official List # (Official Jackaluna List to be posted publicly soon!). I love the idea of having a species with many MYOs-- a true representation of the people who enjoy them <3 

MYO JACKALUNA SLOT DETAILS:
For those of you who won a MYO Jackaluna slot, congratulations! First and foremost, you aren't obligated to create a Jackaluna-- only if you want to! <3 If you're not interested, just let me know and I'll scratch you off the above list. c: These slots are not allowed to be sold; however, they can be traded and gifted away! You are free to design your Jackaluna according to the basic guidelines laid out in the species concept, which can be found here:
 

ALL MYO slots listed above must adhere to the following basic traits:

-Lunai must be in normal lunar phase. Anything waxing/waning, new or full moon is completely fine! No MYO Jackaluna from this event may have other types of Lunai (suns, stars, celestial bodies, etc) or be a special/rare Lunai (harvest moon/blood moon/eclipse/etc.). Please note that your Lunai may be reused by myself or other creators, as they are part of the typical lunar cycle. Only one Lunai per MYO Jackaluna please!

-Alignment (and power) must be typical. If your Jackaluna's Lunai is new moon (dark), its alignment will naturally be toward cursed/evil. If your Jackaluna sports a full moon Lunai (light), its alignment will naturally be toward good/blessed. If it's somewhere in the middle, its alignment is both good and bad. MYO slots aren't allowed to reverse these tendencies (example, a new moon with a good alignment). Sorry! 

-Decorations must be natural. This species can only carry natural items, such as flowers, rocks, crystals, vegetation and the like. No man-made items please!

-(Nearly) Any and all colors/patterns/ideas can be used! Just make sure you follow the trend of lighter Lunai = lighter colors; darker Lunai = darker colors. I'm pretty lenient on this. When in doubt, contact me and I'll let you know!

Use your imagination; I've tried to keep the limitations at the bare minimum! You do NOT have to adhere to the theme you gave me in the contest. You can if you'd like, but it's not required! Feel free to branch out and explore!

-You are free to use the Jackaluna Basic Sketch for your MYO, or create your own lines! Here's the link to the basic sketch I've created: 

-For you to have your Jackaluna officially recognized and added to the group, you must comment down below with your finished design! In your comment down below, please include the following: a link/thumb to your character design, and a description of your Jackaluna's Lunai, Alignment, Theme, and any other details you'd want me to consider. YOU CAN DO THIS AT ANY TIME: THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT! I will review it and let you know if it is unique enough/standalone to be considered an official Jackaluna. Once I have deemed it unique, I'll let you know and have it officially recognized as a true Jackaluna! Please note, due to my busy schedule, it may take some time for me to review your creation. <3 If I don't reply to your comment within 3 days, please gently message me again to make sure I've seen it.
