Description
The Phoenix brought this Quill back to life with a mixture of canine and cervid traits and asked the QuillDog to guard the mountain forest surrounding the peak. He gifted this lesser deity with the ability to escape nearly any situation, unparalleled evasiveness and agility. This lesser deity is also charged with the keeping of the forest's seasons-- bringing about the wind, rain, sun, and moon with uttered ancient words, from the Phoenix himself, to keep the forest's cycle in balance.
