Say hello to the next member of the Quill Dog species, this double-quill crested "Black Ice" design! Inspired by the current icy/snowy weather where I'm located, this is the third 2015 Quill Dog design, and #18 in existence of all Quill Dogs! It's rarity ranking is "Rare," of which nine other Quill Dogs are ranked.
